01 General Terms & Eligibility

By accessing the bdhwin.net website and any of its associated services ("Platform"), you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this Platform.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account at bdhwin, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. Compliance with these conditions is strictly mandatory, and bdhwin reserves the right to take legal action in cases of false or misleading information.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. bdhwin may request age verification documents at any point during registration. If an account is found to belong to someone under 18, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one bdhwin account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile number is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

• You must provide your full name, date of birth, address, and mobile number accurately at the time of registration.
• Any future requests to update your information must be submitted through support.
• Providing false information intentionally may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This typically ranges from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used before the expiry date will be forfeited.

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in immediate account closure.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.

07 Account Closure & Restrictions

Bdhwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice. Equally, members may close their own accounts at any time.

7.1 Account Closure by bdhwin

Accounts may be closed due to violations of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or in response to a legal directive.

7.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any available balance before closure. Any active bonuses will be forfeited.
